Expert Staffing Solutions is hiring Voice, Chat & Blended Process support agents for its international customer base in Gurugram and Noida. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries related to travel, finance, and telecommunications, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems while meeting quality and productivity targets.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to travel, finance, and telecommunications
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain excellent communication with international customers
• Troubleshoot and escalated complex issues when required
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines

• Minimum 6 months to 8+ years experience in international voice process (freshers with excellent communication considered)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast‑paced environment
