- Deliver voice and chat support for enterprise customers of the telecom partner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Work assigned rotational shifts (6 days on, 1 day off)
- Maintain service quality standards and report escalations as needed
- Proficiency in Hindi & English communication
- Fresher or graduate with relevant chat/voice customer service experience
- Adaptability to work any rotational shift (6 days on, 1 day off, 24/7 coverage)
- Willingness to travel independently and accept Sunday as a workday if required
