Fullstack Developer _ Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead to drive application development, AI integration, and automation initiatives at SBG Industries Pvt. Ltd. The role involves building end‑to‑end web applications, designing architecture, integrating AI services, automating processes, and providing technical leadership.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications
• Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third‑party systems
• Design and manage databases ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and secure code
• Convert business ideas into functional applications from concept to production
• Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and other AI services into applications
• Develop AI‑powered features such as intelligent search, document processing, chatbots, and workflow assistance
• Identify and automate repetitive manual processes to improve efficiency
• Own technical architecture, development standards, code reviews, and solution quality
• Guide developers, coordinate development activities, and troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Backend development skills using Node.js, Python, Java or similar
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, Git, debugging, testing, and deployment
• Practical exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, or AI‑powered tools
• Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks, workflow tools, or custom automation scripts
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and ownership skills
