Full Stack Developer - Tech Lead

SBG Industries Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Developer - Tech Lead in Nagpur to drive application development, AI integration, and automation initiatives. The role involves building end-to-end web applications, making technical decisions, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications and robust backend services.
• Convert business ideas and requirements into functional applications from scratch.
• Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and AI services to develop intelligent features.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and develop workflow automation and system integrations.
• Own technical architecture, development standards, code reviews, and solution quality.

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with APIs, Git/version control, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Practical exposure to cloud platforms, hosting, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, or AI-powered tools into applications.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, workflow tools, or custom automation scripts.
