FullStack Developer

Fullstack Developer role at Barclays Global Services Center in Pune. Responsible for designing, developing, and improving scalable, secure software solutions across the stack, leveraging GenAI, microservices, and DevSecOps practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain high code quality through reviews and testing.

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and secure software solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
• Implement secure coding practices and unit testing to mitigate vulnerabilities
• Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD, observability, and resilience engineering
• Integrate GenAI components (LLM, embeddings, vector stores) into production systems
• Work with front‑end technologies (React/Angular/TypeScript) to deliver end‑to‑end features

• Hands‑on GenAI engineering: LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation, guardrails, agentic workflows
• Cloud‑native and DevSecOps delivery with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, resilience, secure engineering
• Full‑stack development using Python (FastAPI/Django) or Java (Spring Boot) and front‑end frameworks React/Angular with TypeScript
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Spring AI or LangChain4j
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps: prompt/model versioning, evaluation automation, monitoring, performance and cost optimisation
• Understanding of enterprise integration, event‑driven architecture, responsible AI and regulatory controls (preferred)
