- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, Git, ML frameworks, Databricks/MLflow (or equivalent), and cloud fundamentals
