Customer Support Executive

Customer Support Executive responsible for responding to client inquiries regarding immigration and visa services, maintaining records, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.

• Respond to inquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels.
• Handle client follow-ups and maintain accurate records in support systems.
• Coordinate with consultants on client cases and update clients on application status.
• Guide clients through documentation requirements.
• Maintain high standard of professionalism and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Contribute feedback to improve service processes.

• Strong customer support and service skills.
• Experience in customer satisfaction and online support.
• Exposure to technical support or similar roles, ability to navigate CRM tools and basic software applications.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, education counseling, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business, communications, or customer relations.
