We are seeking a Back Office Operations Executive to handle day-to-day processing and coordination tasks. This is an office-based role with no travel required, focusing on managing address verification cases and coordinating with field teams.
- Process address verification cases received from end clients
- Coordinate with Field Executives spread all over India via CRM, emails, and mobile calls
- Ability to communicate properly on the phone
- Hands-on experience working with computers and the internet
- Knowledge of Hindi and English
