Branch Relationship Manager

HDFC Bank is hiring Branch Relationship Managers at select Bangalore branches to manage and deepen relationships with savings account, NRI, and HNI customers — cross-selling home loans, investments, credit cards, and insurance to grow the branch's AUM and revenue.

• Manage 300+ savings and NRI customer relationships at HDFC Bank branch
• Cross-sell home loans, FDs, mutual funds, and insurance
• Drive branch Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balance growth
• Conduct product demonstrations and investment advisory sessions
• Submit daily sales activity and pipeline reports

• 2–4 years banking or financial services relationship management
• Savings account, NRI banking, and retail investment product knowledge
• AMFI ARN and IRDAI Individual licence preferred
• Strong interpersonal and cross-selling skills
• Good written and spoken English and Kannada
