Customer Support Executive / sales

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle banking product enquiries and support sales activities in Thane. The role involves explaining product features, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Handle customer enquiries related to banking products and services
• Explain product features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria clearly and accurately
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information
• Support sales and customer engagement activities in accordance with approved processes
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the designated systems
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements
• Escalate complex enquiries and unresolved issues to the appropriate team
• Meet assigned service quality, productivity, and performance targets

• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with standard office applications
• Good listening, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn banking-related products and processes
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to process guidelines
• Willingness to participate in the company’s selection and assessment process
