The Skill Hub is hiring Technical Support Executives for international Voice and Chat processes in Hyderabad. This is a permanent work-from-office role handling UK customers, providing effective issue resolution and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries for international customers via voice and chat
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively ensuring first-call resolution
- Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
- Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses and handle multiple chats simultaneously
- HSC/Inter, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in UK rotational night shifts and 24/7 shifts with 2 rotational offs
- Must not be pursuing regular education
- No planned leaves during the first 3 months
