Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an Android Developer with 8+ years of experience to contribute across the full software lifecycle. The role focuses on software development, systems architecture, component integration, CI/CD implementation, and enhancing application security on Android terminals for payment processing.
- Contribute across the full software lifecycle including systems architecture, component integration, and CI/CD implementation
- Design and code high-quality software components and document them according to organizational standards
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of an Agile scrum team
- Research technical solutions and recommend options with appropriate reasoning
- Enhance application security on Android terminals for payment processing
- 8+ years of experience in Android, Kotlin, and Java development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong foundation in Linux, firmware, databases (Room), and device SDKs
- Proficiency in MVVM, Data Binding, Jetpack Compose, and dependency injection (Hilt)
- Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, multi-threading, and OOPs concepts
