Junior Android Developers build, test, and debug Android applications under senior guidance, contributing to app features and learning best practices. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
- Assist in design, development, and maintenance of Android applications using Kotlin and Java
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and refine user interfaces
- Integrate APIs and services with backend developers
- Identify and resolve bugs, optimize performance, and enhance stability
- Participate in code reviews and write unit tests
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Support architecture and implementation of robust, scalable solutions under senior guidance
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to Android development
- 1-2.5 years of professional Android development experience
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle
- Experience with RESTful APIs and libraries such as Retrofit, Dagger, and Room
- Understanding of material design principles and UI implementation
- Familiarity with unit testing (JUnit) and UI testing (Espresso)
- Problem‑solving and teamwork skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
