Urgent Hiring: Experienced Technical Support Engineer

Mewtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle biometric attendance systems, printers, computer hardware, and CCTV systems, providing reliable field and remote support to customers.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and service eSSL biometric attendance and access control devices
• Handle barcode printers, thermal printers, ID card printers, and barcode scanners
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and peripheral-related issues
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security systems
• Provide customer support through phone, remote access, and on-site visits
• Conduct product demonstrations, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with the sales and service teams

• Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with biometric devices, printers, and computer hardware
• Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, and software configuration
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for field service
• Diploma (Required)
