PRNV Services is hiring Telecallers to connect with service professionals and customers, explain our home service offerings, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves making outbound calls, convincing technicians to register, handling customer queries, maintaining call records, and meeting daily and monthly targets.
- Make outbound calls to potential service professionals
- Explain PRNV Services and its home service offerings
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
- Convince technicians to register on the PRNV Services platform
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain daily call records and update lead details
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into registrations and business opportunities
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduation
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English (Hindi is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
- Ability to handle calls confidently and meet targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be based in Hyderabad
