We are hiring for Technical Support & Customer Support Representatives (Voice & Chat Process) for our Jaipur location, offering attractive perks including cabs, accommodation, and relocation bonuses.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner
- Utilize ticketing tools to track customer requests and updates

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- 0-1 year of experience in Desktop Support or related field (freshers welcome)
