Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting project planning, testing, and UAT. Works with cross‑functional teams and creates reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and use cases
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
• Assist in change management and user training activities

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
