Senior Scrum Master/Business Analyst responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams in Agile practices, driving continuous improvement, managing impediments, delivery risks, dependencies, and release readiness. Collaborates with Product Owner to maintain a prioritized backlog, elicits and analyzes business needs through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and discovery sessions, and creates epics, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments; manage delivery risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Partner with Product Owner to maintain a prioritized, refined backlog.
- Elicit and analyze business needs through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and discovery sessions.
- Create epics, user stories, functional and non‑functional requirements.
