EVERSANA is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements engineering and system implementation for pharmacovigilance and AI platforms in Delhi.
- Elicit, document and maintain URS and FRS for each platform module using structured workshops and process walkthroughs
- Review current SOPs, work instructions, and industry conventions
- Produce supporting artefacts including as-is and to-be process maps, data-flow diagrams, and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Define business rules, data dictionaries, interface specifications, and non-functional requirements
- Proven experience in requirements engineering, eliciting, and documenting URS and FRS
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and AI systems domains
- Proficiency in creating process maps, data-flow diagrams, and user stories with acceptance criteria
