Business Analyst

Colruyt Group is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and document business processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the evolution of e-commerce capabilities across web, mobile, content, and checkout domains.

• Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and user needs
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define solutions
• Support the design and evolution of e-commerce capabilities across web, mobile, content, checkout and customer domains
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions
• Assess the impact of changes across systems, processes, and customer journeys
• Act as an integrator between multiple IT teams
• Support testing, releases, and post-release validation to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile product teams
• Understanding of digital customer journeys and e-commerce processes
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
