Software Engineer Team Lead

Join Criteo’s Global Automation team as a Software Engineer Team Lead, guiding a cross-functional engineering team to build scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions supporting the EMEA region.

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, driving delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on development in Python.
• Build scalable, reusable, testable, and secure software applications, APIs, and ETL pipelines.

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, driving delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Implement and promote Agile practices, ensuring effective planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on development in Python.
• Build scalable, reusable, testable, and secure software applications, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
• Coach and mentor engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career development.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring and foster a culture of technical excellence and ownership.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and managing Agile software engineering teams.
• Strong experience developing scalable, reliable, and secure software products using Python.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, clean code, development best practices, and software quality.
• Possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making skills.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
