Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot

Senior Java Developer responsible for end-to-end development of features related to promotions, ads and reviews within the Purchase Intent squad. Works in Agile/Scrum, leads feature ownership, designs architecture, ensures code quality, supports production, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams.

• Own and lead end‑to‑end development of features from concept to deployment
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions for new features and system enhancements
• Enforce code quality through comprehensive test cases and rigorous code reviews
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and meet sprint objectives
• Provide timely support for production issues, including investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Adhere to established team processes, coding standards, and management directives
• Foster a positive and collaborative team dynamic to enhance morale and communication

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on Java development experience
• Strong experience with Spring Boot framework
• Deep understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming principles
• Hands‑on experience with Microservices and REST API design
• Proficiency with JSON data handling
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven experience in the e‑commerce domain
