- Build Blue Prism bots for insurance policy admin automation
- Deploy and monitor bots in Blue Prism Control Room
- Write PDD and SDD for each automation use case
- Conduct UAT with business teams before production go-live
- Provide Level 2 support for production bot failures
- 2–4 years Blue Prism RPA development
- Blue Prism Certified Developer certification preferred
- SQL for data extraction and validation
- Process design and PDD documentation
- VBA or Python for scripting integration
- Insurance or BPO domain experience preferred
