QA Engineer- Manual Testing, Automation & AI-Driven Process Automation

AIMLEAP - Outsource Bigdata is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in manual testing, test automation, and AI-driven process automation. In this remote role, you will be responsible for validating data, identifying defects, developing automation solutions, and leveraging AI tools to optimize testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Perform manual testing and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and application outputs.
• Validate test results against business requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to reduce manual testing activities.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor for test case creation, script development, and debugging.
• Perform regression testing and validate large datasets for missing or duplicate records.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

• 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or data validation.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing, test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Working knowledge of test automation using Python, JavaScript, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
