Orcapod is hiring a Python Developer (DTE) – Sr. Associate / Delivery Lead to build scalable Python frameworks, develop data models, and manage CI/CD pipelines across environments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build scalable and reusable Python frameworks
- Develop data models, stored procedures, and regression automation
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments across environments
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality engineers, and trading/operations teams
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development and reusable frameworks
- Expert-level SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and execution-plan analysis
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, Git, code reviews, and automated testing
- Experience with capital markets platforms, trading data integrations, and messaging/API patterns
- Hands-on experience with batch job scheduling tools such as AutoSys, Control-M, or Airflow
- Understanding of post-trade data flows and regression automation
