Performance QA Engineer

Radancy is seeking a hands-on Performance QA Engineer to help ensure our platform is fast, scalable and reliable under real-world load. You will design and build performance tests using Grafana k6, establish baselines, and leverage our observability stack to identify bottlenecks and ensure release readiness.

• Design, develop and maintain performance test suites using Grafana k6, covering load, stress and benchmark scenarios.
• Define thresholds and performance baselines from business and operational goals and detect regressions.
• Analyze results using the Grafana observability stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) to identify bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and alerts for performance signals.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Report performance status, risks and actionable recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering or performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with performance and load testing using Grafana k6, JMeter or similar.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language — JavaScript or TypeScript preferred.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs (UI, API, integration).
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tooling such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Understanding of HTTP/REST and distributed or microservice architectures.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
