People Systems & Data Analyst

Kantar is seeking a People Systems & Data SME Analyst to maximize the value of people technology solutions, enhance service delivery, and drive operational efficiency. In this role, you will partner closely with People Operations, HR functions, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between systems, processes, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for People technologies, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive technology adoption and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with Technology teams to align business requirements with system capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Lead data analysis and business improvement initiatives to identify trends, patterns, risks, gaps, and opportunities across People Operations.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, compliance, and confidentiality standards are maintained across all activities.

• Strong expertise in People technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise HR systems.
• Experience driving technology adoption, process improvement, and service optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across HR, Operations, Technology, and business functions.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and commitment to data confidentiality and governance.
