Data analyst focused on talent acquisition metrics and workforce planning. Build dashboards, predictive models, and automate reporting to support hiring decisions.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models tracking TA KPIs
- Extract, cleanse, and reconcile multi‑source talent data from Workday and Oracle Cloud, ensuring data governance
- Develop predictive analytics models for workforce planning, headcount projections, and vendor invoice tracking
- Build automated reporting workflows and scripts using SQL, Python, and VBA to streamline reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and support strategic hiring decisions
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Talent Acquisition Reporting
- Hands‑on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Advanced Excel, and SQL
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday and Oracle HCM/Oracle Cloud
- Proficiency in Python and VBA/Excel Macros for automation
- Ability to conduct statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and executive stakeholder reporting
