We are looking for a Data Analyst to define, create, automate, and maintain key operational and statistical data. In this role, you will develop new processes to increase task effectiveness, drive continuous service and process improvement, and provide analytics leadership.
- Deliver standard and new measures and analyses
- Drive Continuous Service and Process Improvement (CSI)
- Translate business requirements into analytics
- Identify new measures and improvements, and maintain existing analyses
- Present large amounts of information in easy-to-interpret ways to spot patterns, trends, and correlations
- Perform analytics leadership, coach other data analysts, and lead a team of data scientists and engineers
- Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in analytics and development activity
- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and SSIS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and VBA programming
- Competence in Python, Agentic AI, GCP (BigQuery), and Operations
