Staffnixcom is hiring a Data Analyst for a 6-month contract role in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python, SQL, and data-pipeline expertise, working with retail and e-commerce datasets to drive business insights.
- Process, transform, automate, and analyze complex datasets using Python and SQL
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
- Develop reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights
- 4+ years of hands-on data analyst experience with large datasets (sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, customer behavior)
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, transformation, and automation
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries, joins, and aggregations
- Understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration
- Experience with Azure or GCP data services and Databricks
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
