A senior-level lead responsible for designing, developing and supporting applications using Java Spark. - Design, develop, and support applications using Java Spark
- Build scalable APIs and integration solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application performance
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
- Drive automation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 13-17 years of hands‑on Java application development experience
- Strong expertise in Java Spark, Microservices, and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning
- Proficiency with Git, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD tools
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers
