Java Developer Intern (Java, SQL, Spring Boot, Git) | Remote

Crossing Infotech is hiring a Java Developer Intern for a full-time remote internship in India. Interns will work on live projects under the guidance of experienced team members, developing backend modules, writing SQL queries, and utilizing Spring Boot and Git.

• Write clean, readable and well-documented Java code for assigned tasks
• Develop and test backend modules and REST APIs using Spring Boot with guidance from the team
• Write SQL queries to store, fetch and update data in databases
• Use JDBC or Hibernate to connect Java applications with databases
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and code collaboration
• Debug code, fix errors and improve the performance of existing applications
• Write basic unit tests using JUnit and help with code reviews
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time

• Basic knowledge of Java (OOP concepts, collections, exception handling)
• Basic understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, WHERE)
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub
• Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Good written and spoken English communication
