This role is a hands‑on Lead Full Stack Engineer responsible for modernising and migrating a large portfolio of middle‑office applications to AWS. You will build production code across front‑end (ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS) and set up DevOps pipelines. Additionally, you will spearhead an AI‑augmented delivery model, leveraging AI agents to accelerate discovery, code conversion, testing and deployment.
- Lead engineering on a multi‑year programme to modernise and migrate applications to AWS
- Write and review production code for front‑end components
- Design and maintain DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Set up and run the UI team’s AI‑augmented delivery model
- Utilise AI agents and assistants to speed up discovery, code conversion, testing and deployment
- Extensive experience leading engineering teams and delivering large‑scale software projects
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, npm/pnpm
- Deep knowledge of AWS services and migration strategies
- Hands‑on DevOps pipeline design and automation
- Experience with AI‑augmented development tools and assistants
