Java FullStack + React Developer (Java, Spring Boot, React & Microservices) | IBM | Chennai, Pune & Bangalore

IBM is seeking an experienced Java FullStack + React Developer for a permanent full-time role across Chennai, Pune, and Bangalore.

You will take full technical ownership of Java backend engineering, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, relational databases, container orchestration, and interactive React.js front-end development.

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain robust enterprise-grade full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces and client-side web applications leveraging React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architectures for high-throughput platforms.
• Implement robust data access layers utilizing ORM frameworks including Hibernate and Java Persistence API (JPA).
• Design, optimize, and manage enterprise relational databases including MySQL with complex query tuning.
• Deploy and orchestrate containerized microservices across Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Integrate enterprise messaging and streaming platforms including Apache Kafka and IBM MQ for asynchronous data exchange.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional hands-on experience in full-stack software development and Java backend engineering.
• Strong operational expertise in Java programming, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Mandatory proficiency and hands-on professional experience in React.js front-end development.
• Deep practical experience with ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA), relational databases (MySQL), and microservices architecture.
• Solid practical grasp of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), messaging brokers (Kafka, IBM MQ), and build automation (Maven, Ant).
