Kunvarji Group is hiring an IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer to provide hardware, networking, and trading application support at their Ahmedabad office in rotational shifts.
- Support trading platforms like Money Maker (Saral), Greek, and XTS
- Troubleshoot trading applications and exchange connectivity
- Handle hardware, networking, and desktop support
- Manage Windows OS, Active Directory, and IT assets
- Maintain support tickets and reports
- Graduation degree
- 2+ years of experience in IT or Trading Application Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and networking
