Provide general IT support for a global corporate environment, assisting employees with day‑to‑day technical issues across Windows and macOS platforms. Manage laptop setup, local admin tasks, software access, Microsoft 365, Office Wi‑Fi, badge and surveillance camera systems, and basic network troubleshooting, as well as support for Windows365 Cloud PC and other operational tasks.
