momentpay is looking for an Implementation and Technical Support Engineer to manage end-to-end project implementations and provide technical support. This role requires handling clients primarily in the Tamil Nadu region with strong communication skills in Tamil and English.

  • Carry out end-to-end implementation activities of assigned projects
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Handle pilot, UAT, and go-live activities for assigned projects
  • Resolve tickets raised by clients by providing technical support
  • Travel to client locations very rarely as required
  • UG degree (BCA, BSc in CS or IT, B.E., B.Tech) with a Computer Science background preferred for non-B.E. candidates
  • Fluent in Tamil and English (knowing an additional language is a plus)
  • Strong communication and client handling skills
