GCP Cloud Engineer – IAM & DevOps

We are looking for a skilled GCP Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud access governance, and DevOps automation. The candidate will help assess, manage, and remediate cloud identity risks while supporting secure, scalable, and repeatable infrastructure operations.

• Manage GCP IAM configurations, including resource hierarchy, service accounts, custom roles, conditional access, and organization policies
• Apply least-privilege principles and support access governance and privileged access management
• Analyze audit logs, access usage, assigned permissions, and role recommendations to evaluate policy impacts
• Use Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices to support repeatable and scalable IAM remediation
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Python, and Bash for containerized environments and automation workflows
• Prepare clear remediation documentation, change records, and maintain exception reports
• Support secure and reliable cloud infrastructure operations

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with GCP Cloud IAM
• Strong understanding of resource hierarchy, service accounts, custom roles, conditional access, and organization policies
• Knowledge of least-privilege principles, access governance, privileged access management, and cloud identity risk remediation
• Experience reviewing audit logs, access usage, permissions, role recommendations, and policy impacts
• Ability to document remediation plans, change records, exceptions, and status reports
• Working knowledge of scripting, automation, or infrastructure-as-code practices
