Domestic Voice Process English Koramangala

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in English, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Candidates are expected to meet daily and monthly calling targets, follow company scripts, and keep accurate call records.

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls when required
• Communicate professionally in English
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or assistance
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
• Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets
• Maintain accurate customer and call records
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow‑ups
• Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction

• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Basic English communication skills (advantageous)
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to make a high volume of calls
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling, domestic voice process, customer service, sales, lead generation, or similar
• Experience handling customer calls and follow‑ups
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and queries
• Basic knowledge of CRM/software
• Ability to achieve calling and performance targets
