Digitied Solution is seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound customer queries via calls, chat, and other communication channels. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Ghatkesar, Telangana.
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Meet process quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Graduate qualification
- Mandatory fluency in both spoken English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a Monday to Saturday schedule (09:30 AM - 06:30 PM)
