Celestee Skin Laser and Hair clinic is looking for a Call Centre Executive to handle customer inquiries, manage inbound and outbound calls, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Follow up with customers whenever required
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Intermediate or Any degree
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
