Cloud Engineering Specialist

As a Cloud Engineering Specialist at Crowe Capability Center, you will design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions primarily on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work closely with clients, development teams, and data analytics teams to solve complex business issues, implement scalable cloud architectures, and manage ETL processes.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL pipelines and map source data from various systems.
• Collaborate with development teams and architects to design scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud solutions.
• Deploy and configure Azure infrastructure components and implement automation and IaC practices.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery strategies for Azure resources.
• Translate business requirements into technical development plans and communicate project deliverables effectively to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, technologies, and data warehouse solutions like Snowflake or Azure.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
• Previous consulting experience or experience working with external clients.
