CGI is seeking a Business Analyst - Integration to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams on system integration projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system integration projects
- Analyze end-to-end integration processes, system dependencies, data flows, and interfaces between internal applications and third-party systems
- Define and document functional requirements, integration specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of web services and JSON/XML data formats
- Experience in analyzing integration processes and documenting business requirements
