The Business Analyst - Information Technology role involves new implementations under strategic initiatives to enable new features and functionalities, ensuring adoption in production by collaborating with business and IT partners within the lending domain.
- Orchestrate, monitor, and review implementation plans end-to-end to ensure stable and timely closure of planned events and tasks.
- Enable and support new features and functionalities.
- Understand, design, and review system flows and processes with respective stakeholders.
- Deploy, roll out, install, and configure releases.
- Track and monitor incidents and validate RCAs.
- Track and monitor application health and performance.
- Strategize and support analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of SIT, UAT, and production observations.
- Manage troubleshooting and support documentation for knowledge management.
- B.Tech / BE or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Mandatory experience or exposure to the Lending domain
- Understanding of FinnOne LOS / LMS / Collections modules
- Hands-on technical skills in PL/SQL, Python, and MySQL
- Application and server knowledge of WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss
