Business Analyst Consulting Manager

Lead a team of Business Analysts in large business and technology initiatives, driving requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and project planning across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Coordinate with business, development, QA, and technology teams to ensure timely delivery and executive-level reporting.

• Lead and manage a Business Analyst team, assigning work and ensuring timely deliverables
• Facilitate workshops and JAD sessions to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Coordinate with business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Track progress, provide status updates, and report to executives
• Ensure quality of deliverables through UAT coordination and defect management
• Escalate risks/issues and manage stakeholder expectations

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience on large initiatives
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation (JAD sessions)
• Proven ability to create process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience leading a team, resource planning, and tracking progress
• Strong project management skills: plans, timelines, milestones, scope, risks, and issues
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tracking tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
