Assist in providing technical guidance to Assistant Service Managers, dealers, and service centres to resolve complex product issues, guide field teams, analyze failures, and author technical advisories.

  • Provide technical guidance to ASMs, dealers, and service centres to resolve complex product issues with minimal vehicle downtime
  • Guide field teams in root cause identification using diagnostic tools, telematics, log analysis, and technical documentation
  • Analyse field failures, warranty claims, repeat repairs, breakdowns, and telematics to identify failure patterns and emerging quality trends
  • Author and publish technical advisories, troubleshooting guides, service bulletins and related documentation
