Hyundai Motor India Limited is seeking an experienced Android Developer specializing in Android-based Infotainment (IVI) Application and Framework development. In this role, you will develop and stabilize infotainment applications such as Media, Radio, Bluetooth, Settings, and CCS, while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality automotive software solutions.
- Understand and implement HMI, GUI, and functional specifications for IVI applications
- Perform requirement analysis and develop software requirements for assigned IVI modules
- Design, develop, integrate, and validate Android IVI applications and framework components
- Support software stabilization activities during vehicle production and launch events
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Experience in Android-based Automotive Infotainment (IVI) Application and Framework Development
- Experience in IVI Applications such as Media, Radio, Bluetooth, Settings, and CCS
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Android Framework Components, and OOP concepts
- Hands-on experience with Android 10 and above
- Working knowledge of Android IPC mechanisms (AIDL/Binder), Services, Middleware, and Multithreading
- Familiarity with Android SDK, AOSP, Android Automotive, Kotlin, and Automotive Coding Guidelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
