Altezzasys - Technical Business Analyst

AltezzaSys is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define, document, and deliver high-quality technical and functional solutions.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams (developers, QA, architects).
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
• Support solution design by working with architecture and development teams.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and production issue analysis.
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, data, and regulatory requirements.

• 8 - 10 years of overall experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience working with databases, SQL queries, and data models.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
