AI Python Developer / Python AI Engineer

Techolution seeks an AI Python Developer to build scalable microservices and AI-driven applications. The role focuses on backend development with FastAPI/Flask, data modeling with Pydantic, and integration of generative AI components such as LLMs, RAG, and vector databases. The candidate will also support cloud deployment on GCP/AWS, optimize performance with async programming, and collaborate on AI agent orchestration.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI/Flask
• Build modular, reusable microservices following OOP principles
• Design data models, request/response schemas, and validation logic with Pydantic
• Develop and integrate Retrieval‑Augmented Generation workflows using LLMs and vector databases
• Build, customize, and integrate AI agents for business use cases
• Implement data modeling and NoSQL database interactions; manage caching with Redis
• Write asynchronous code for API calls, database operations, and LLM requests
• Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability of services
• Assist with cloud deployment, monitoring, and log analysis on GCP or AWS

• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in FastAPI or Flask
• Proficiency in Object‑Oriented Programming and modular design
• Hands‑on experience with Pydantic for data validation
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and service‑to‑service communication
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Redis caching
• Understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await)
• Practical exposure to generative AI technologies: LLMs, RAG, embedding models, vector databases, and AI agent development
• Basic familiarity with GCP or AWS, including deployment troubleshooting and log analysis
