AI + Data Engineer

AI & Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI solutions from data ingestion to production, collaborating with clients to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

• Build and ship GenAI applications: RAG, agents and LLM‑powered features using commercial and open‑source models
• Build, train and evaluate ML and deep learning models for NLP, computer vision and forecasting
• Test model and LLM outputs and implement guardrails before release
• Deploy and monitor models and AI services using APIs, containers and CI/CD pipelines
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data models that support AI solutions
• Work with clients to transform business problems into well‑scoped technical solutions and explain trade‑offs clearly

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building AI/ML solutions
• Strong Python and Git skills with clean, tested code
• Experience with GenAI: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open‑source), RAG with vector databases, agent frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar), prompt design and evaluation
• Proficiency in ML/deep learning libraries: scikit‑learn, gradient boosting, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Deployment skills: FastAPI, Docker, MLflow or equivalent, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Good SQL and understanding of data modelling (schema design)
• Clear written and verbal communication and ownership of work
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field
